The population of this study consists of registered commercial banks in Nigeria and data for the study were collected using questionnaire. Five Hundred and Forty Six (546) copies of the questionnaire were distributed to management staff of commercial banks in Nigeria. The study adopted inferential /descriptive statistical
techniques and OLS estimated technique correlation. The findings from the study revealed that supply chain control has a positive significant relationship with organizational performance of commercial banks. Based on the above findings, we recommended that managers should evaluate and regulate organizational activities so as to bring performance in line with expectations.
